I purchased my vehicle from Central Norwood it's been there several times for a water leak they could not fix I looked at other dealerships and read reviews I seen station has a lot of good reviews so I brought my vehicle there for service explained to the manager of the situation that I'm having he assured me he has a tech that works specially on water leaks and he will fix it and verify that it's fixed before they give it back to me after that being said two days later my vehicle was ready for pickup also they told me the tech treated my carpet for mold as well as cleaned out my vehicle before they gave it back to me this was my first time there and I felt like a VIP this dealership really takes care of customers new and I'm sure current I am now going to be a current customer at the station dealership great service great offers and they really do care for the customer

I had my wrangler at 3 other dealerships for the same problem. I went to station and spoke with the manager and he had me speak with his shop foreman to figure out what was going on with my car. 2 days later it was fixed. Im glad to say this dealership did what 3 others couldn't fix. I recommend station to everyone. Its my new dealership for all my services. They truly care about the customer and customer service. This is my second car (well, one was a Jeep) that we bought from Travis. He’s laid back and no pressure - but really knows the product. He was able to guide us through the process seamlessly and we were so happy we sent a friend a short time later who also bought a new Jeep with Travis. He checks in after the sale, and always gives a friendly hello when we stop by the dealer. He’s a great ambassador for the Jeep brand, and used his deep former knowledge of Subaru’s to help us buy a née Crosstrek.
